At NAKED Underwear, your comfort and hygiene are our top priorities; we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for sanitary reasons, underwear that has been tried on or removed from its protective seal cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original NAKED packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
